True or Large Valerian relaxes the autonomic nervous system, aids with sleeping problems, fears, stress and migraines.* Opens more subtle levels of awareness, is restorative and contains powerful elements for a sensual relaxation ritual using incense. Gives off an animal-like kind of scent, and should be used in moderation. This kind of incense is suitable for purification rituals, like the elimination of negative energies, which may block the flow of energy in a living space or in a person's aura. Also excellent incense for wicca and shamanic rituals.

How to use
Suitable for burning on a fireproof dish with charcoal, or on a special sieve incense burner. The burning process on a sieve burner is slower than on charcoal. You can easily mix the incense with other varieties.

Also available are matching tongs to safely light the charcoal, tongs to handle the incense strainer, a steel brush to clean the incense strainer and a pheasant feather for odor dispersion. A loose sieve of 125 mm fits also on an oil evaporator, if you remove the cup.
