Of course, you may take some of the filling out, in order to make the support less high, for example: in support of the lower back.
With zipper and inside cushion, which holds 2.75 kg of buckwheat chaff.
Machine washable.
With extra cotton inner cushion, of unbleached cotton with mouth.
Recommended: We advise using 2 cushions for the shoulder exercise, one cushion in the proper size would be too heavy. Besides, this way you can adapt the height, depending on the flexibility of neck & head and what is needed. In the picture below, you see the use of two cushions, one of this format and one of the smaller size.
